If an SMS does not come for more than 5-10 minutes, feel free to cancel the number and order another number for free. Money will be returned to your balance; you pay only for received SMS. Deliverability of SMS depends on the sender. Average time of arrival of SMS is 1-5 minutes.
Try to register from a smartphone or different browser. Change the user agent, proxy server (or install a VPN for the country of the number). Not all VPNs help if their IPs are blacklisted.
Money is automatically returned to the balance after 20 minutes if the SMS did not come. If you do not want to wait, cancel the number using the "Cancel number" button.
If these tips do not help after trying over 20 numbers, contact support with the country and service details.
Use the "Not on the list" (or similar "Any Other Site") menu item in the dashboard to get a number for a service not explicitly listed.
If you need a specific country not shown and require over 200 SMS daily, contact support for commercial terms. We currently support over 184 countries.
Try changing the mobile operator if available. If the count shows >20 numbers but you get an error, our provider might be doing technical work (5 mins to several hours). Try buying at intervals. If unresolved after 24 hours, please contact support.
This can happen if a number was recently reissued by the operator and previously registered. Unfortunately, checking live occupancy per site is technically challenging.
Simply cancel the current number (funds are returned if no SMS is received) and order another temporary phone number. You only pay for successful verifications.
Cryptocurrency payment processing speed depends on blockchain network load and can take up to 12 hours (lower network fees can mean longer times). Coinbase also processes payments, which can add up to 3 hours. Please wait for this duration. If it still hasn’t credited, contact support with your transaction details.
Our number providers monitor usage statistics and add new numbers as needed, without a fixed schedule. Availability and SMS prices can change based on demand; higher demand often means higher prices. Number availability is updated frequently (often every minute).
If this option is missing for a selected country, it usually means there haven't been suitable numbers for this general purpose for some time. We recommend trying a different country or checking back later.
Check your proxy/VPN settings. This error often relates to an IP address issue or old browser data. Try a different browser or clear your current browser's cache and cookies.
Remember, if an SMS code isn't received, the number is considered unsuccessful, and funds are returned to your balance after 20 minutes or upon manual cancellation.
